Flags, Streamers, Billows, Tabrets, Praise Props, Etc:
Customizable flags are only in adult sizes. Flags are sold individually. You can order flags in a pair for a discounted price. Children's flags and streamers do not come with a wooden ball at the end. They also come on regular wooden rods. Fabric availability is contingent on the color you selected. Certain colors may not come in the fabric you would like. All flags will be on a regular wooden dowel unless specified. flexi rods, fiberglass rods, will be enclosed in the rod shaft. Fiberglass rods will only be used on light weight fabric (i.e. sheer, chiffon, lame, organza, and etc). Certain fabrics, extra's, and etc, can be ordered online if you are looking for something more specific. But keep in mind that this will add to the construction process. All measurements on the order forms are approximate. The praise instruments may be a couple of inches shorter or longer than what was stated.
Flag, Streamer, Billow Repair:
After extended usage, casing may wear out, deteriorate or get soiled. The life of your praise instruments depends on how you treat them. If flags need new casings around the pole, we can repair them for a $10 sewing charge. Customer pays shipping. If a rod breaks, we can replace them for a sewing charge as well.
Flag, Streamer, Billow Care:
Ironing flag, streamer, billow on a low setting is recommended, getting them wet is NOT. If you happen to get something on them, gently wipe them off with a slightly damp cloth. If oil may get on them, you can sprinkle, baby powder, talcum powder, or flour, on the area and let it sit for a while or overnight. Brush the powder off and that will get the oil out sometimes. Be cautious to always have a covering or bag for your flags. Stay away from zippers, Velcro, ceiling fixtures, and heavy foot traffic in worship areas.
Order, Payment:
Once the order form is completely filled out to fit your needs, please email it back to me. We will discuss the form and the pricing will be determined after that. A deposit (half of the total) or full payment is required before the process begins. Please Note: Deposits are non-refundable. An invoice will be sent to you through PayPal. Praise Instruments, accessories, and or garments will not be made until a deposit or full payment is received and cleared through our banking institution first. There will be a deadline for the remainder balance. If the balance is not received on or before the deadline, a penalty fee will occur. If your balance has not been paid within 7 days, your item will become our property and we have the right to sell it at full price. If you live in San Antonio, Texas, and you would like me to personally deliver the item to you, there will be an extra fee. But, you are more than welcome to pick up your item at a designated location. All shipping and handling fees will be included in the final cost. If you require a rushed order, and the package will not be able to reach you in time during the normal deliver time, you will have to pay the extra fee for expedited shipping. We currently accept the following payments: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, bank debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard symbol, cashier checks, cash, or a money order. We do not accept personal checks. We do not issue refunds on cancelled items.
Shipping/Delivery:
Items can take up to 2-3 weeks and garments can take up to 3-6 weeks. If you are ordering multiple items, this may take longer. Shipping has not been added to the timeframe. If the fabric, you choose needs to be ordered online, then that is additional time that will be added onto the time frame. Sometimes we can get them out faster, but it's best not to plan for that. It takes time and a lot of love to be able to create these beautiful items that are used for God's glory. We know the wait can be hard, but we're hoping what you get is worth the wait. If for any reason your order may take longer than expected, you will be notified. If you have an order that needs to be rushed, please contact us directly prior to placing your order and we will let you know if our schedule can be arranged and we have what is necessary to accommodate your request. If you do qualify for a rush order, and we are able to accommodate your needs in the time frame you've mandated, the rush fee depends on the circumstances, and actual costs we're incurring and whatever extra time that needs to be taken out (if we have to pay extra for shipping to get your item in stock in time to make it). The rush fee will be $10 or higher. We're always working to get them out as quickly as possible because we know you're eager to receive them. Emailing, calling or texting, to check on the status actually slows the process, and we really don't have an update other than to say it is in progress. It is the responsibility of the buyer to take delivery of orders. We will not be responsible for lost and or stolen packages after deliver confirmation. Please Note: Orders are not considered complete until paid for in full, or until the deposit is received; the creation time starts when payment is completed.
Refund and Return Policy:
We really appreciate your business. Due to the customized nature of the products we sell, there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds. All Sales are final. Our products are custom made and handmade; and they take time and hours of labor. If you would like a custom item specifically for you we seek the Lord and ask Him what He wants it to be. This is one of the other reasons we don't do returns and exchanges, because we've given the word we understood the Lord to have said. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to ask them up front! So please keep that in mind when you are ordering. Items may be returned ONLY because of a defect. If there is a defect upon receipt of the item, you have 1 week from the time of delivery to contact us. If you do not contact us within that time frame, your request will not be honored. The item must be shipped back/returned unused within 2 days of receiving authorization. If you do not return the defected item within 2 days, your return will not be honored. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your product back to us. Merchandise returned without prior authorization will not be credited and will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. All exchanges must be mailed back in the original packaging unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered. The item should be returned the same way we sent it to you. Once the item has been worn, used, washed, or altered-it no longer qualifies as an exchange. Merchandise returned that is found to have been worn, used, washed, and or altered, will not be honored and it will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. We are not responsible for garments not fitting properly due to incorrect measurements given by the customer. We will not replace, remake, alter nor give a refund in those instances. We can "fix" such garments for an additional alteration fee. Defect/errors in workmanship that is the direct cause of us will be corrected upon the item being returned. In cases where correction of defect/s cannot be reasonably made, store credit will be issued for the amount of the purchase, after we have received the returned item.
Limitation of Liability:
We shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if was have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
