We will send you a contract by mail reflecting your reservations. Once your contract is signed and returned with your deposit, the reservations are considered secure. Changes to this reservation can only be accepted in writing via email or a resubmission of this form. In the case of multiple form submissions, the most recent dated form will be considered official. Once a contract is signed it is considered final above all other agreements written or oral. Rates for reservations made for more than one school year in advance are subject to change. CAMP CLASSEN is the service and program provider. The school maintains custody of the students and responsibility for all decisions regarding cancellations or early departures due to weather. In case of cancellations or early departures CAMP CLASSEN will work diligently to assist the school in alternate dates or make up days.
