Hall Improvement Request Form

Thank you for your interest in improving the West campus residential community through providing a suggestion for an improvement to the halls. This is your opportunity to suggest any improvement. If accepted, we will make it a reality; you won't have to worry about a thing!

Instructions: Please complete the following form to outline your request and justification for the improvement.

Submission: The form may be submitted at any time; you will receive a response within 5 business days to inform you of the status of your request.

Status: Your request will receive one of the following status updates:

-Approved: We will make arrangements for the purchase and installment of your improvement.

-Rejected: We, unfortunately, are not able to complete the suggested improvement.

-Deferred: We will ask you to attend a General Council meeting to provide a short presentation on the desired improvement before making a final decision.
