  • Production Time

    • All toppers ship in 25 or 14 business days depending on what you selected. *Business days DO NOT include weekends or holidays that may fall on a week day.

    *Ship Date IS NOT delivery date.

    •Rush Service Information - DUE TO THE PANDEMIC WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING RUSH ORDERS AT THIS TIME

    If you need your order faster than the above production times, we offer a few different Rush Service Options below:

    A Rush Service Order means your order has been placed as a priority and bumped to the top of our production list ahead of all the other orders placed before yours in an effort to get your order shipped on time for your event. It does NOT mean Overnight or Express shipping. All custom orders are carefully hand crafted and created to your specifications and require a certain amount of production time. We work on the Business Day calendar, business days do not include weekends, or holidays that may fall on a weekday. We accept Rush Service orders at our discretion and reserve the right to not accept the order.

    International orders do not qualify for Rush Service as transit/customs may be longer than expected.

    By placing a Rush Service Order you understand and agree to our Shipping/Policy terms. 

    •Shipping Information

    We ship via USPS. Transit time is usually 2-3 business days depending on your location. 

    We welcome international orders. Transit time may be 4-6 weeks. Please note production time and time spent in customs is not included in the transit time.

    Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipment notification email via our shipping partner with tracking information.

    TRACKING INFORMATION:

    Once your package has been scanned USPS will send your tracking number via email. If you do not receive this email please check your ORDER STATUS and your number will be there. Please note, it may take 24-48 hours before your tracking information is sent and is available online.
