Thank you for your interest in applying for a position in the General Membership of the National Residence Hall Honorary Chapter of the Sun Devil at the West Campus (NRHHW).

Instructions: Please complete the following application to apply for one of the General Membership positions.

Submission: Completed forms must be submitted by no later than 5:00pm on Monday, January 18th, 2016. Upon submission, you will be contacted that your application was recieved and then again on whether you were selected to be an Active Member. If selected, you will have 48 hours to accept the position by email.

Active Member Responsibilities
1. Attend all NRHHW as voting members, with up to three (3) absences per academic year unless otherwise arranged with the chapter Chancellor and advisor.
2. Submit monthly "Of the Month Award" (OTM) nominations.
3. Attend conferences, when possible.
4. Maintain a minimum of five (5) hours of community service per semester.
5. If possible solicit and prepare recognition for Arizona State University's West campus community in the form of bids for IACURH, No Frills and/or NACURH.

Active Member Requirements
1. Currently live on-campus at Arizona State University’s West campus.
2. Have lived on-campus for a minimum of one semester.
3. Have a 2.75 GPA, cumulatively.
4. Demonstrate leadership abilities through campus organizations and the residence halls.
