PAYMENT PLANS

If you have selected a Payment Plan, you must complete the credit card information below regardless of the method of your deposit. Your credit card will be charged each month on or between the 1st and 5th of the month.

REGISTRATION & REFUNDS POLICY

Upon completion of this form with payment, a student is considered registered for the selected YTT Program Package. If you are registered, but withdraw at least 30 business days prior to the start of the Program with written notice to the Director via confirmed e-mail, 100% of the fees paid less a $500 administrative fee will be refunded to you within 30 days of withdrawal.

LATE PAYMENT POLICY

If you have selected a payment plan, your credit card will be charged in accordance with your selected payment plan. A $29 late fee will be assessed on payments that are declined or not received within 5 days past the due date. Accounts more than 30 days past due will be assessed a 21% late fee. Participants will not be permitted to attend training sessions until their accounts have been brought current.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Registrants who withdraw from the Program before it's completion are responsible for paying the full remaining balance due on their tuition.

TERMINATION POLICY

The Director of the Yoga Teacher Training Program may terminate the paritipation of any participant whose conduct is disruptive or inconsistent with the purpose of the Program. Any participant that is terminated under this policy is subject to the terms os the Withdrawal Policy.

Ours is a culture of accountability and support; vulnerability and transparency; hard work, growth and joyful play. The culture of the Yoga Teacher Training with Laurel Hodory & Faculty is founded on trust, authenticity, and welcoming discomfort as a part of the growth process. This goes for our faculty as well as the Trainees. Based on years of practical application and referencing leading sociological expertise, we have created a safe environment within which kind and honest feedback is used to facilitate the growth process, removing barriers of shame and blame. We recognize that each member of our group has unique strengths and challenges. We seek to serve all Participants in our Program in becoming wildly successful yoga teachers and human beings.

At times, you may find that you are bumping up against your own patterns that limit your capacity to live your life fully and on purpose. The Faculty and Trainers have been trained to assist and support you moving through these obstacles. However, it can at times be difficult or uncomfortable while you are going through it. Yet, when deposited on the other side, you will realize your true potential!

Please explain here your readiness to "Get comfortable being uncomfortable" for the sake of your own personal growth. Begin by rating your readiness to proceed on a scale of 1 (not ready at all!) to 10 (super ready!). Then tell us what you see as your recurring patterns to living life successfully, and what you have done in the past to manage these patterns.
4. What is your readiness to Use Technology?

Applicants must have their own personal computer and internet access at home to participate. This Program requires Trainees to use some technology such as Dropbox, PDF tools, Scanning Devices, Web Forms Survey Monkey and Yahoo Groups to name a few possibilities. Please rate your ability and willingness to learn and use new technologies that support your learning on a scale of 1 to 5 (5 being Yes! I'm ready and willing; 1 being No! I'm not ready or willing!).

We will provide you invitations, user IDs and passwords but you will need to learn to navigate the software programs largely on your own. Of course, we will try to support you whenever possible, and you have an entire class of friends who can also help you with this in addition to Google searches. We are a small Program and do not have full-time technology support on-all to assist you. That being said, if you don't know how to use these programs, this should not be considered a barrier to applying or enrolling. But you will need to learn how to use these programs!
