If your foster pet falls ill or sick, please inform us quickly so we can determine the necessary steps. If you find yourself unable to continue caring for the animal, please coordinate its return with us immediately.

As a gentle reminder to all our foster families, if circumstances arise where you cannot keep your fostered pet, it is imperative that the pet be returned to us.

Let's remain empathetic to the journeys these beautiful animals have endured. Our resuce is committed to ensuring their well-being. By returning them to us, we can carefully assess and place them in new foster homes or forever families.

We appreciate your cooperation and unwavering support.

Please read and initial the following statements to signify agreeance:

I agree to provide appropriate shelter, nutrition, regular veterinary care, emergency assistance when necessary, and a secure environment for the pet's well-being.*
I commit to keeping this pet as a companion and dedicating the time required to ensure its comfort, safety, and overall well-being.*
I confirm that if I cannot keep this dog I will return it to Paws for Life Rescue immediately.*
I confirm that this animal can be reclaimed from my property if I fail to comply with the agreed terms outlined in this application and verbal agreements.*
I acknowledge that failure to fulfill the terms outlined in this foster contract, or if any provided statements are found to be false, I agree to surrender the animal(s) under my care to Paws for Life representatives upon request.*
By signing this document, the fosterer fully accepts that Paws for Life Rescue cannot make guarantees as to the health, temperament, mental disposition and training of the dog. Paws for Life does the best they can to inform foster families and adopters of all or any medical conditions or issues with the particular dog they are accepting responsibility for.

By signing this document, the fosterer promises to accept the animal as is, assume all risks and responsibilities associated with guardianship of the animal, and fully and completely release Paws for Life Rescue (including directors, officers, volunteers, agents and employees) from any claim, cause or action of liability of any sort of nature, whether known or unknown, directly arising out of or in connection with the adoption, care, ownership, maintenance, temperament, conduct, or condition of the animal.

By signing this document, the fosterer hereby acknowledges and will adhere to the terms and conditions of this contract to the best of their abilities.

By signing this document, the fosterer has thoroughly reviewed the Paws for Life Rescue Foster Application and willingly commits to uphold all its statements and responsibilities as a foster family.
