Studio4Five Designs has recently changed its payment policy. Our policy now requires advance payment in full for all projects that are a total of $300 or less and 50% advance payment for all projects that are above the aforementioned amount before the design process begins. Please be aware that rush fees may apply depending on the turn-around time requested for your project.

I acknowledge that this is just a request form, however once submitted, if I accept the quote received I also accept the terms of payment.
