Group members are expected to be respectful and attentive, and to follow the instructions of all university personnel. Group members are to stay with the group at all times.
It is the job of the chaperone, not University employees, to monitor student behavior and involvement. It is expected that chaperones remain with their students at all times, and that chaperones have successfully passed a background check. The background check is to be completed by the visiting group, prior to the date of the visit.
The visiting group is solely responsible for all group members, as well as all actions taken by group members during participation in the group visit. Saint Martin's University is not liable in the event that visitors are harmed while participating in the group visit, or during travel to and from the group visit.
