If you need to reschedule a session, please contact/text me at 408-674-9239. 24 hours’
notice is required for a rescheduling in order to receive credit for the session. Failure to
reschedule within this time frame or failure to show up for a session will result in the
client being charged for the session. There is a no-refund policy on all packages
***I'm booked almost 100% so rescheduling maybe hard and it's not guaranteed. You may only reschedule within the expiration date.***
Clients are expected to begin working out at the start time of the scheduled
appointment. A late start time does not entitle a client to a session longer than the
EXPIRATION DATES ON PACKAGES:
Any sessions that remain after the expiration date will be forfeited. All sessions are pre
scheduled. Considerations may be made for special circumstances.
(2x/week) - Expires 6 weeks after first workout.
(1x/week) - Expires 11 weeks after first workout.
(2x/week) - Expires 10 weeks after first workout.
(2x/week)- Expires 12 weeks after first workout.
Effective date: All packages purchased on 9/1/2019 or later.
