Please check the boxes below to indicate you have carefully read and understood the following statements, and you agree with LinearTech's policies:

Customers who wish to maintain the lowest price should provide all text content, pictures, graphics, photographs and videos, in usable digital formats. Any extra services such as custom feature, custom programming, content writing, typing, graphic design, image editing, photo or video shooting, tutorial/consulting sections will possibly incur additional charges, based on the agreed hourly rate ($90/hour if not specified).

* Initial payment - a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the project price is required prior to the commencement of the project.

* Progress payments - additional invoices will be issued at two-month intervals during the development phase. Payments for these invoices must be made within 14 days of receipt. Late fees may apply.

* Final payment - once the client approves the website and the website goes live, the remaining balance must be settled within 14 days of the issue of the invoice. Ownership of the final deliverables will only transfer upon receipt of the full and final payment. Late fees may apply.

* Intellectual Property - upon final payment, the client will own all content and data associated with the website, excluding third-party tools, plugins, or proprietary software used in the development process.

* Copyright - the client is solely responsible for ensuring that any text, images, videos, or other content used for the website for publication comply with copyright laws and possess valid permissions or licenses for use. LinearTech will not be liable for copyright infringement issues arising from client-provided materials.

* Data protection / privacy - LinearTech will implement appropriate security measures, such as SSL certificates, and compliance with applicable data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR). The client also assumes responsibility for the privacy and proper management of any personal or sensitive user data collected via the website and stored at the client's end.

* Hosting fees - hosting fees will commence either upon the website’s launch or three months after the start of the project, whichever comes first.

* Project timeline - The timeline for project completion is contingent on the client’s timely submission of required content and approvals. Delays in providing necessary materials or feedback may impact the development schedule and completion date.

* Termination and refunds - either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination by the client, LinearTech will retain the down payment and any payments for work completed up to the termination date, and the client may be billed for any outstanding work.
