Please complete the following form to submit your idea for a VMware Hands-on Lab!

This form can be used to submit an idea for a new lab or to add content to an existing one.  If your idea is for an existing lab, please make note of the existing lab in the Lab Module Proposal document and only fill out the necessary fields.

You will need to submit a Lab Module Proposal document along with this form.  You can download a copy of it here https://goo.gl/VQQG7h.  If the document opens in Google Docs, simply click the download button to save a copy.

As a reminder, the following cannot be included in a lab:

• No physical hardware requirements (i.e. storage appliances, graphics card)
• No installation of software or appliances
• No I/O intensive tasks (i.e. vMotion, deploying VMs, etc.)
• Nothing highlighting performance.  The labs are designed to show functionality.
