With the center of the wheel as 0, and the outer edge as an ideal 10, rank your level of satisfaction with each life area choosing a number from the 0-10 range. Do not rate how you think it should be, but rather what the reflection is of current state as of completing today's wheel. Remember to rate based on your relationship with the category, not quantity (Rationale example 1, "I ONLY have 3 friends", vs."I adore the quality friends I have", Rationale Example 2: "I should have more $, or better health, etc." vs. "My relationship with money is good, or I am satisfied with my health". Rating a "10" doesn't mean you gave up on growth or that there's no more focus to be had ever again. It just means at this point in time "You're completely satisfied" with that category. Notice your strengths as much as your opportunities, and notice where you are drawn to act or just be aware at this stage.
