Welcome to the CageFree K-9 Rescue Foundation adoption program! Thanks for your interest in helping to save a dog's life. This form, along with a consultation with one of our Adoption Advisors, will help us assist you in finding the dog most compatible with your lifestyle. Please note that completion of this form does not guarantee adoption of one of our dogs.

We request a tax-deductible donation in the range of $300 to $500 at the time of adoption. This donation helps us cover spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchipping, veterinary care, training, feeding & housing our dogs, as well as supporting our ongoing rescue efforts with future dogs.
