RULES:
“The 2010-11 Rotary Club of Oklahoma City recognizes web-based make-ups as a viable option to improve attendance percentages of members. Members may utilize web-based make-ups no more than two (2) times per quarter effective March 1, 2011. Participation in a live streaming meeting shall count as attendance in person and not subject to the make-up limitation. The board of directors can suspend the policy at any time should circumstances deem necessary.

Rotary International make-up timelines apply. As to the integrity of the member actually spending the time to watch online programs, the 4-Way Test shall apply. Watching a video cannot replace the fellowship that occurs at every Rotary meeting. The Club 29 speaker video make-ups are intended for
Club 29 members only.”
