You are allowed 1000 characters. This includes spaces. We also do not recommend putting Open House Dates and Times in the remarks/ description section. MLS has a special field for Open House information. All remarks are subject to Federal Fair Housing Laws. We will revise if we feel your remarks could trigger a violation. Writing "family friendly neighborhood" can be considered discriminatory against those who are single.
