BHCP Model Program Benefits

As a model, you might be called to model for new and unique ideas at short notice. You are not obligated to participate, but it's highly encouraged. Team members are also encouraged to suggest ideas for additional photo shoots.

You will be charged $199 for your formal portrait session (normally $329 or higher) and this will include one 8×10 print, two 5×7 prints, and 16 wallets (print value is $137).

After your gallery is available online, you will be given several photos of your choice, sized for sharing on social media. These photos will not be suitable for printing. When sharing on social media, I expect model team members to credit Barb Hogan Contemporary Photography.

Additional product will be available at a 10% discount off of regular prices, including graduation party invitations/announcements.

Model team members will earn a $25 Visa Gift Card for each referral that signs with me. To be an eligible referral, the senior that you refer must have paid their session fee and complete their portrait session. Barb Hogan will reward the senior who brings in the most referrals before March 1, 2017 with two prom tickets.

Session Booking

Barb expects members of her model team to be enthusiastic about their photography sessions and opportunities and to tell others about it. If your session doesn't happen in a timely manner, it's difficult to spread the good news to friends and classmates.

As part of the model team, I agree to have my senior portrait session scheduled (meaning scheduled far in advance and taking place) prior to October 1, 2016 unless I have special circumstances and make arrangements accordingly with Barb Hogan. If I fail to schdule my session in a timely manner, I will be charged the appropriate session fee and forfeit my free product benefits.

Requesting Your Session Date

If you would like to request a session date at this time, you may do so below. Sessions are available Monday through Thursday, morning or late afternoon/early evening. I also have a limited amount of sessions on Saturday mornings and Sunday late afternoon/early evenings. Weekend sessions always book up quickly, so if you have a preferred date, please schedule as soon as possible. If you are participating in fall sports, I highly encourage you to schedule your session before August practices begin. Please be aware that requesting a date is no guarantee that this date is available.

No On Location Photography

No extra photography will be permitted during the session by the modeland/or anybody not affiliated with Barb Hogan Contemporary Photography (including phone cameras) without the express permission of Barb Hogan and/or her assistants.

Using Other Photographers

As part of the BHCP model team, you will be directly representing Barb Hogan Contemporary Photography. Any additional senior portraits done elsewhere will be cause for immediate removal from the team. You will be charged for the balance of the full session fee and you will forfeit all other team benefits. Casual photography with friends and family is fine, but planned senior portrait photo sessions without prior consultation with Barb Hogan could be cause for removal from the team.

If you have any special needs or considerations, please explain in the box below. Barb Hogan and her assistants want to make your photography sessions as special as possible, so if there is anything that we can do to accomodate your needs, let us know.

Liability

Barb Hogan Contemporary Photography is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. You will be responsible for your children and yourself, and release the photographer, her associates, and from any claims against her person or business.

Session Requests

1) Please avoid eating or drinking red, orange, or blue food or drinks before your session.

2) Please do not go to the tanning bed or spray tan the week of your session

Copyright

Barb Hogan Contemporary Photography retains all copyrights to all images created during your session. A print release will accompany purchased digital files to print portraits for personal use up to the designated size as listed on the print release and to only those individuals specified on the print release. Any photos displayed by you on social media sites will credit Barb Hogan and/or Barb Hogan Contemporary Photography.

Model Release

The client grants Barb Hogan Contemporary Photography and its legal representatives the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use any or all photographs from the photography session for editorial, trade, advertising, or any other purpose and in any manner or medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same.

In other words, in exchange for consideration received, I hereby give permission to Barbara A. Hogan to use my name and photographic likeness in all forms and media for advertising, trade, and any other lawful purposes.
