Magination Video Productions, LLC takes the utmost care with respect to capturing video and audio of you event.
Video:
Because of the nature of live event filming MVP doesn’t have any control over the lighting used on stage. If the stage area is dark then the video will be darker because camera lenses are not as sensitive as human eyes to subtle shifts or variations in luminance color. A well lit stage will provide you with a better overall video.
Audio:
MVP may use either wired or wireless microphones, plug into the house audio system or a combination of all three to capture audio from your event.
Program:
If you have a program that has advertising space, we would like to receive at least a half page or full page ad at no cost. We can provide either ad artwork or you may use a blank order form that we use for your event.
Final Product:
If you have a studio logo and/or program cover available, MVP may use either or both to create the DVD cases and/or labels. In order for MVP to provide you with this complimentary service, studio logos and /or event programs must be provided at no charge. If you are able to get those to us before the recital that will work as we can go ahead and begin building the DVD cases and labels.
On Site Sales (if applicable): MVP will set up in the lobby/foyer of the event location and provide playback of the event at the sales table so customers can get a preview of the event in advance. MVP will provide our own sales person to handle sales of the event. In the event we are short handed and have no sales person available we may contact you in advance and see if a parent would like to help on our sales table and we will provide them with a free DVD of the event.
Travel: MVP is located in Waco, Texas and we travel all over the state filming dance studios and school events. There may be a small travel fee for some out of town travel. This will be discussed prior to the event if necessary
Delivery of Final Product: Delivery time of final edited videos vary. In most cases the turn around time is 4-6 weeks

I understand that MVP, LLC is the exclusive videographer of the above listed event(s). In the event of change of location/date/time please contact us ASAP at MaginationVideo@Gmail.com or (254)749-9691.
Complimentary copies of promotional video clips or highlight reels from your recital will be available via Dropbox/We Transfer or YouTube. We try to get this files edited shortly after the recital.
If you have venue contact information where you are having your event, please include those in the note section provided. In the event we needed to contact the venue for information.
MVP is taking all risks on sales with NO CHARGE to the dance studio in most cases. We ask that you help push our sales before and after the recital. We can provide flyers and order forms in advance for your studio. We will email order forms in advance that can be emailed or hand those out in advance to the parents and students.
We will also provide online sales prior to and after the event using our online cart at www.MaginationVideo.com
All complete edited final DVD masters of your recital will be archived here at the MVP offices for any future orders or replacement DVDs.
Complimentary DVDs for Studio: MVP will provide the studio with 3 Fully Edited DVDs to the studio/school at no charge. Additional copies may be purchased at a discounted rate. . If the recital is a multi-camera video shoot and you would like a raw copy of the back center stage shot for your viewing and reviewing, please let us know so that we may get that to you ASAP.
