1. Fill out and Submit Shipping form and Payment PRIOR to needing shipment. This must be done before requesting Semen. 

2. When Shipment is needed - Please call or Text DAY by end of BUISNESS day to Get on list as a Pender. Business Day is 5 pm. Orders are taken on First call, first served basis, so It is best to call and CONFIRM AS SOON as you have an idea you may need a shipment. If not CONFIRMED prior, shipments MUST be CONFIRMED by 8AM CST day of shipment. Please do not cold call Day of Shipping and expect Shipment. We must have you on a Pender list. We have to schedule with our vet and CAN NOT do that the day of Shipping. You also must cancel if no shipment is needed by 8am. 

Payment for shipping MUST be received prior to calling for semen and for it to be sent.

Binding And Entire Agreement: This contract, when signed by the Mare Owner and the Stallion Owner/ Breeder and accompanied by payment of the Stud Fee and Expense Fee, shall be a binding contract on both parties on the above terms and conditions. This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the breeding of the Mare and the Stallion.

Counterparts and Facsimiles: This contract may be executed in any number of counterparts which, taken together, shall be considered as single contract, and may be transmitted via facsimile, with digital signatures binding the party so signing.
