1. Fill out and Submit Shipping form and Payment PRIOR to needing shipment. This must be done before requesting Semen. 

2. When Shipment is needed - Please call DAY before By end of business day to Get on list as a Pender. Orders are taken on First call, first served basis, so It is best to call AS SOON as you have an idea you may need a shipment. If not CONFIRMED prior, shipments MUST be CONFIRMED by 8AM CST day of shipment. Please do not cold call Day of Shipping at 9am or later and expect Shipment. We will have already collected and we don't always have Excess Semen. 

Payment for shipping must be received prior to any semen shipment.

3.6% Convenience fee for PayPal.

8 % Canadian Convenience Fee 

Binding And Entire Agreement: This contract, when signed by the Mare Owner and the Stallion Owner/ Breeder and accompanied by payment of the Stud Fee and Expense Fee, shall be a binding contract on both parties on the above terms and conditions. This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the breeding of the Mare and the Stallion.

Counterparts and Facsimiles: This contract may be executed in any number of counterparts which, taken together, shall be considered as single contract, and may be transmitted via facsimile, with digital signatures binding the party so signing.
