  • COPYRIGHT NOTICE Unless marked otherwise, the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction holds the copyrights to the RRtCP and Foundations of Math materials. The materials may be used for non-commercial, educational purposes only, provided all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the materials are retained. Unauthorized use of the Public Schools of North Carolina logo, North Carolina State Improvement Project logo, and artwork or illustrations is not permitted. The contents of these materials shall not be used for commercial purposes without written permission of the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction. To obtain permission to reproduce the information and materials contained herein, please contact Paula Crawford, Director, North Carolina State Improvement Project, at: paula.crawford@dpi.nc.gov. If permission is granted, all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the materials must be retained.   • Individuals who have not maintained the current instructor status (e.g. completed the instructor requirements, but did not attend recertification for updates on the most recent revisions) will not be eligible to receive copyright permission.

  • Should you need to request the use of these materials in additional locations during the year, you may contact us for written approval (sherry.thomas@dpi.nc.gov). This permission will expire on December 31 of each year, at which time you will be required to resubmit a new request. You will be notified in writing if permission is granted. If permission is granted, retain the notification for your records. If you have not received a response within 10 business days (and have checked your spam filters), please contact Sherry Thomas at sherry.thomas@dpi.nc.gov
