    • 1) Is Homecare covered by Medicare or Insurance ? 
    • Unfortunately, Homecare is not covered by Medicare but we do accept Long Term Care insurance.

      We can contact the insurance company on your behalf and deal with them directly so you don’t have to.

    • 2) What kind of services do you offer ? 
    • We offer Live In Care and Hourly Care services, as well as Travel Escort services

      with reasonable rates.

    • 3) Are your caregivers covered by Worker’s Compensation ? 
    • Yes!

      We want you to have the peace of mind that we are fully covered by Worker’s Comp

      and Liability insurance.

    • 4) How often do you send out invoices and how do I pay you ? 
    • We bill every two weeks; every 15th and 30/31st of the month.

      We accept checks and credit card.

    • 5) Can I choose the caregiver that will come to my home ? 
    • Of course!

      We usually have our clients interview a few caregivers first and you will always have the

      final say on which caregiver you would like to work with.

    • 6) Can your caregivers help with medications ? 
    • Caregivers are not medically trained to dispense medication but they can

      help with medication reminders.

    • 7) How do you screen your caregivers ? 
    • Our caregivers go through rigorous background checks (Criminal background check (livescan)

      and a comprehensive interview in order for us to check if they are well suited to be

      Magic Touch Homecare Caregivers. All our caregivers are trained in CPR and they are TB tested

      so you can have the peace of mind that your loved ones are in good hands.

    • 8) What if I need help after business hours ? 
    • We are always here to help 24/7 and 365 days a year. Someone is always on call

      to take your call after business hours and on weekends and holidays.

    • 9) What happens if a caregiver can’t show up to scheduled shift ? 
    • We will call you immediately if a caregiver is not able to go to work for a scheduled

      shift and we will send you another person or adjust the service depending

      on your preference.

    • 10) Can we request a different caregiver ? 
    • We will work with you to find the right caregiver. Your wellbeing and happiness is our Number 1 priority.
