Before you begin this application please review the entire form. Make sure you have all of the files and information needed to submit the application, because you cannot save the form and come back to it.

Students entering Holos under Open Enrollment or the Certificate programs are encouraged to broaden their knowledge and expertise in their chosen area of interest in an environment that supports learning unique to each individual. Although prior academic credentials are not required to enter this program, courses offered are graduate-level courses and students will need adequate writing skills.

Assignments for each of the courses must be completed in the semester which the course is taken and grades will be available at the end of each semester. Credits for courses successfully completed under Open Enrollment may be transferred into a Graduate Program once the applicant has been officially admitted.
