WOFAR Adoption Application

In order to be considered for volunteering as an adult, you MUST:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Must provide Vet and Personal references.

NOTE: Being approved as a volunteer does not automatically approve you for FOSTERING or ADOPTING. A home visit is required for both of the aforementioned.

WOFAR reserves the right to deny any application for any reason. Our application process is very thorough to ensure the support and dedication to our WOFAR mission statement and goals. As well as for the safety and happiness of both our animals and WOFAR members. Filling out this application in no way ensures you will be approved to volunteer for Wings of Freedom Animal Rescue.
