    Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED is a classroom, video-based, Instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage a first aid, choking or sudden cardiac arrest emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services (EMS) arrives.

    Students learn skills such as how to treat bleeding, sprains, broken bones, shock and other first aid emergencies. This course also teaches adult CPR and AED use. These courses are also designed to meet OSHA requirements. For many of our courses, students receive a course completion card that is valid for two years. Class time approx 3-4 hours.

    Primary Audience: This course is for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in first aid, CPR and AED use to meet job, regulatory or other requirements.

    DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS CLASS IF YOU ARE A CNA. This is not a BLS class, if you need a class for health care providers, please select our BLS class. 

    If we do not have at least 4 students signed up for class, class will be cancelled. You will be notified by phone the day of class.

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy

    You must cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled class to receive a refund. No refund will be issued if you cancel your registration less than 48 hours before the class. To cancel and request a refund contact our office at (208) 785-3820. Refunds can take 3-4 weeks to process.

    Classes are subject to change. If the class is canceled by Bingham Memorial Hospital, the hospital will reschedule the class or issue a full refund.

    If you are a Bingham Memorial Hospital Employee and you do not attend the scheduled class, the fee will be automatically deducted from your payroll.
