(A) Audit Items For Ohio Dept. of Agriculture Inspection Preparation:

(Please check each box indicating compliance)

All mandoors & overhead doors are completely sealed - cannot see daylight from the inside when closed (especially at the bottom).

No product (bags or boxes) on the floor. All bags and boxes of product must be on pallets, shelves or platforms of some kind.

No open bags of product.

No leaning pallets/ racks.

There is an 4-6" minimum gap between walls and any stored product.

No excessive trash/debris.

Inside tin cats are placed on both sides of EVERY door and overhead door. Tin cats are placed 50 feet apart along walls.

Outside bait traps are maintained & refilled.

There are no visible signs of pest/rodents. (Cob webs, varmint remnants, dead bugs,etc)

Mouse traps and glue boards are set up and placed correctly. (Make sure trap holes are toward the wall, right side up.)

Toxic materials are stored properly and identified. (SDS Sheets, stored in a locked cabinet)
