ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
1. Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. National, or a Lawful Permanent Resident
2. Must be at least 18 years of age or 17 with a guardian’s signature
3. Must undergo National Service Criminal History Check (including criminal background, sex offender and FBI checks)
4. Must have a Social Security Card (cannot say “For Work Authorization Only”)
5. Must have a college degree (Associates degree or higher)
6. Must undergo and pass a Tuberculosis Skin Test
7. Must commit to full time schedule, Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

The Promise Corps program requires serving a schedule that consists of Monday – Friday; 7:30am – 4:30pm every day with a 30 minute lunch break. This requires you to be on time at your school site in West Philadelphia. There will also be professional development opportunities and mandatory events on evenings and weekends such as college visits, service projects, SAT prep session, school district events and meetings and school site specific events.
