Student Device Application
Every student enrolled in Glenpool Public Schools will receive a device to use for instruction during the school term. Students in grades 2-12 will be issued a Chromebook, students in grades PK-1st will be issued an iPad. Family updates for the current school year must be completed before any device may be issued to a student.
Students will be expected to have their device in the classroom everyday and fully charged. Devices will be distributed with protective cases installed. The school issued protective case must remain on the device to provide a high level of protection.
The parent/guardian will assume the responsibility for loss or damage of the device. Repair costs will vary depending on the type of damage.
Protective case replacement costs are $25.00.
Chromebook replacement costs are $200.00.
iPad replacement costs are $300.
Each school site will publish its own distribution dates and times and communicate that through email and the district website.
This agreement constitutes the parent and student responsibilities.
