This brief customer satisfaction survey is being conducted in order to ensure that weatherization clients receive most, if not all, of the measures discussed during the initial home energy assessment. And that all services were delivered in a professional manner. This survey will help BRCA continue to provide quality energy saving improvements to the home according to the NC Weatherization Installation Standards while providing each and every client courteous customer service throughout the process.
