AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made by and between the Client and Amie Larson Photography, L.L.C. The parties hereby acknowledge and agree as follows:

This Agreement constitutes an order for photography services and products as agreed upon by the Client and Amie Larson Photography, L.L.C.

A retainer of $50 is required to hold the session date. This retainer will be put toward your session fee. The retainer is non-refundable, but is transferable up to two (2) times with twenty-four (24) hour notice given. The remainder of the session fee is due at or prior to the session. Payment may be in the form of cash, check or paypal. There will be a $25 fee for returned checks.

Client agrees to pay the price of the session chosen above. This price covers the time and talent of the photographer, basic retouching and creative editing of images, as determined by the photographer. The photographer chooses the final images that will be presented in the online gallery.

Outdoor sessions are dependent upon the weather. If Amie Larson determines that the weather conditions for the date of the session are not suitable for shooting, the session may be moved to a mutually agreed upon date.

An online gallery will be provided to the Client within 3 weeks of the session date. Images can be downloaded from the gallery, or if the Client chooses to purchase a USB, the USB will be ready for pick-up at this time, as long as all payment has been received.

The images that are being provided to the Client are licensed for the Client to use for any reasonable personal purposes, including but not limited to: printing, copying, emailing, and web publishing. This license does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: advertising, stock photography, print sale profits, or resale of any nature.

The Client’s receipt of the original images releases Amie Larson Photography, L.L.C. from any liability due to loss or damage of the images, and also releases Amie Larson Photography, L.L.C. from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph.

The Photographer takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation and processing of photographs, including using professional grade equipment. However, in the unlikely event of photographs being lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond the Photographer’s control, the latter’s liability is limited to the return of any payment received.

Client hereby releases and discharges Amie Larson Photography, L.L.C. and its photographers from and against any claim, damage and/or liability of any and every kind as a result of any damage to property and/or injury sustained at or during the session.
