We are screening for Pets Frenzy TV, including for the FOREVER REMEMBERED segment. There is no fee to participate. At this time, we are only accepting applications from US participants. If you have more than one pet, submit an application for each one. If you would like us to consider featuring your pet on our channel and social media, please complete this form. You will hear from us. We may not get around to using your pet right away, but based on the theme of an upcoming show, a season, a trending news piece, by submitting this form, you are giving us permission to use any content you submit here on our platform. Rest assured, if your pet information is used in anyway, we will let you know with links to that episode, and tag you in that post/show. We do not sell or share any information submitted here.
