  • I understand model sessions are a shortened version of a standard Something Clicked Photography session.*
  • NEWBORN MODELS - I understand model sessions are a scheduled on weekday mornings at 9:30am at the Something Clicked Photography home studio in Harrisburg, SD.*
  • I understand that Staci (Something Clicked Photography) will determine what set-up, props and location is used for the model session.*
  • I understand that as a model session, this session may not follow Staci's (Something Clicked Photography) typical session flow nor last as long as a typical session.*
  • NEWBORN MODEL ONLY: I understand that the model call is for photographs of the newborn only, unless otherwise requested by Staci (Something Clicked Photography).*
  • I understand that Something Clicked Photography's model sessions are NOT to replace a session already booked with another photographer.*
  • I have a session already booked, retained or paid for with another photographer for this type (newborn, family, child, maternity) of session.*
  • NEWBORN MODEL SESSION - I understand I need to contact Staci/Something Clicked Photography right away after baby is born to get a date scheduled, failure to contact Staci within first 10 days may forfeit model session.*
  • I understand, if an illness or situation prevents my model session from taking place, I must give Staci (Something Clicked Photography) as much notice as possible (preferably, at least 24 hours). I may be able to reschedule, if Staci (Something Clicked Photography) has availability. *
  • Staci (Something Clicked Photography) reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond her control.*
  • I understand that my session will start at the agreed upon time. Staci (Something Clicked Photography) reserves the right to cancel the model session if I am more than 15 minutes late, without contacting her.*
  • I understand, that those who will be included in the model session, will be dressed in clothes that are free of stains, rips or tears, hair neatly styled and clean hair, hands and face. Staci (Something Clicked Photography) is not responsible for results of photos due to hair, makeup or wardrobe choice.*
  • I understand that the session is complimentary and will include ONE high resolution image of my choice.*
  • NEWBORN MODEL SESSION - I agree to hand out the promotional referral cards provided by Something Clicked Photography to friends, family and co-workers.
  • I understand that additional high resolution digital images will be available for purchase at a cost of $40 each.*
  • I understand that my model session will yield a minimum of FIVE images in my gallery to choose from.*
  • You will receive a private online gallery of your images 30 days from your session, unless otherwise communicated to you.*
  • I understand that Staci (Something Clicked Photography) will present the highest quality images from the session. All other images will be deleted. I understand that raw/unedited images will not be available to me.*
  • I understand it is illegal to use, copy or scan images in any way or manner without written permission by Staci (Something Clicked Photography).*
  • I understand that it is illegal to download, screenshot and save any images presented on the internet in any fashion unless purchased with digital rights. Staci (Something Clicked Photography) retains all copyright.
  • I understand that if I purchase/receive any high resolution images, I am am not allowed to alter them in any way (Facebook or Instagram filters, cropping, etc).
  • I understand that if I purchase/receive high resolution images from Something Clicked Photography, that the print release given will be for www.mpix.com ONLY.*
  • I understand, that due to the artistic nature of custom photography all sales and/or print orders are final.*
  • Staci (Something Clicked Photography) is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. I, as the Client(s) will be responsible for my children/pets and for myself and release Staci (Something Clicked Photography) from any claims against their person or their business.*
  • I understand that the images produced from the model session will be used for advertising or marketing material, Facebook, Instagram, blog posts and any other social media/internet use deemed necessary to promote Something Clicked Photography.*
  • I am the model or parent or guardian of the minor child being photographed.*
