SETUP:

Set-up time will be Tuesday, January 16th from 6PM - 6:30PM. Upon arrival, please check in and then you may unload. Please allow sufficient time for set up.

If you must cancel your participation in the Quarter Auction, please notify us immediately. There will be no refunds.

PADDLES:

Paddles will be available for purchase at the door for $2 each.

GUARANTEES: 

The organizer will do everything within their power to market the event via word of mouth, social media, email, paper marketing, and physical signs outside of event location. However, the organizer cannot guarantee turn out.
