GALLERY BOOTHS ARE IDEAL IF YOU:
• have a product that is quick and easy to set up.
• only need a table(s) for your display.

*Note: Gallery Booths must use the table(s) provided and may not bring alternative furniture setups like gridwall or shelf units. The only additional structures allowed are tabletop organizers/displays, such as baskets or crates. (Quick and easy setup is the name of the game!)

I understand that I am required to sell physical products and that must be the MAJORITY of my sales at Merry Merry Market.

I understand that I am required to accept credit cards and cash as forms of payment and provide my own processing equipment. (Vendors may declare a reasonable minimum credit card transaction amount.)

If accepted as a vendor, I commit to provide my prize wheel item upon arrival for event setup.

If accepted as a vendor, I commit to provide my coupon text before the stated due date.

How the Prize Wheel Coupons work:

• Every shopper receives one spin of the Prize Wheel and can win things like candy, vendor coupons, swag, etc.
• Coupons should be something small. Keep it simple. The purpose is to attract shoppers to you and hopefully generate a sale.
Examples include:
"$5 off purchase of $20 or more"
"Buy one _____ get one half off"
"10% off your purchase (up to $____ off)"
"Free ______ with purchase" (small signature item, trinket, etc.)

• Before printing in November, we will email a proof of the coupon to you for your approval.
• We will print 10 copies of your coupon. You are not responsible for creating it.
• When shoppers spin the wheel and land on "You Win a Vendor Coupon!", they will receive the next coupon in the stack (all vendors shuffled together).
