I hereby waive and release the Sand Springs Rotary Club and all other contestants, sponsors, and/or tournament officials from all claims, and/or damages incurred in connection with my particpation in this tournament. I acknowledge that my personal safety and the safety of my property is my sole responsibility. I am aware of the risk of all dangerous conditions associated with boating and participating in this fishing tournament and waive any and all specific notice of the existence of such conditions.
