• SCOTUS Jury Trial Registration Form

  • Whether you are a victimized father OR mother, as we want plenty of BOTH for this, if you have a MULTI-STATE "noncustodial" family court case (divorce-and-similar-with-kids), then you will probably be interested in checking your own eligibility criteria to join this upcoming *jury trial* case filed directly as an "original action" in the United States Supreme Court.

    Unlike all those thousands of pro se petitions for certiorari getting routinely and summarily denied without any right to review (because that IS "discretionary" review...), this very special type of "original action" with the U.S. Supreme Court CANNOT be denied any review, but actually must be heard and tried in full due process style, including discovery phase and all the rest of regular trial procedures...

    The very point that the U.S. Supreme Court cannot - by written law - refuse to hear this type of very carefully crafted "thread the needle" case, i.e., the very combined two points of that not only is the U.S. Supreme Court *required by law* to hear and process this powerful case under its written jurisdiction as a full-blown jury trial (even witnesses [parental rights victims] testifying, and everything else like that...), but ALSO that it purposefully involves some 100-150 various victimized fathers AND mothers (so-called "noncustodial" parents)..., from and implicating every single one of the 50 States and Commonwealths in the entire Union, is really all it takes to get Family Rights finally on the big map, blowing the entire media away and so forth, simply because by law they *must* accept and hear the case for further review and opinion, and also just in time for the 2016 Election..., as hopefully filed on Friday, September 30th, which is legally one day before both the next official fiscal year for the entire federal government and also the first new working day of the next annual Term of the U.S. Supreme Court, likewise, both begin legally on October 1st.

    If you are either a father or mother that meets the basic five (5) criteria on this registration form, you should register now:

  • You and Your Current Residence:

  • (BASIC MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA)
    1 -- some State maintains/asserts its “continuing jurisdiction” over the parties, i.e., both of you two parents of your child/ren;
    2 -- BUT you, the so-called “noncustodial” parent, live in a DIFFERENT State (different than the State just above);
    3 -- the other parent (your opposition) either still resides within that same "jurisdictional" State, or now resides within yet another different State (which, either way, it is still different than YOUR State);
    4 -- the *regular amount* of child support ordered against you is way too high, i.e., exceeding the maximum possible limit of the federal Consumer Credit Protection Act (see 15 USC 1673, paragraph “b” therein), i.e., for most people that simply means anything over 65% of their NET income;
    5 -- and with at least one (1) child involved still as a minor child, i.e., 17 years old or younger (even if you also have one or more older children);

  • The ACTIVE Family Court Case:

  • In the next box, simply enter the regular full name of your currently-active family court itself (the one that currently claims jurisdiction over you).  For example, it might be "Johnson County Superior Court 5" or "Brown County Circuit Court" or "Lincoln County Juvenile Court 2" or the "Franklin County District Court 3, Family Division" or "De Soto Parish Family Court" or whatever its regular full name is.  If unsure, simply refer to the top of the first or cover page from any official legal document within that case, for the actual court name listed there.

  • About the OTHER Parent:

  • Review and Submit:

  • REVIEW YOUR ABOVE INFORMATION to verify complete and correct answers, and then use the "Captcha" box just below to prove you are an actual human being, i.e., not a spam robot.  As soon as we have a sufficient number of willing and ready plaintiffs, please just be patient for perhaps a couple or few weeks, then our private conference calls will begin for further discussion.
