User Responsibilities: User agrees to not use any materials such as fire, artist powders, chemicals, water or any other substance that can damage the studio. NO SMOKING of any substance. User will leave studio clean and neat just as found, with props, lighting, and other equipment put away and turned off in their original location. Please ask for approval before bringing pets into studio.User agrees to pay a $150.00 cleaning fee if the studio is not left just as found.
User also agrees that if any 805 Studios equipment, props, etc. are mishandled, broken, damaged, or ruined while using the studio the user will replace or pay for replacement/ repair of said items.
The cancellation policy is as follows: Cancel 48 hours or more before the start time for a full refund; cancel 24-48 hours before the start time for a 50% refund; cancel less than 24 hours before the start time and it is non-refundable; no refunds after the rental start time.
