If you need to add an order to your account, please read and try the below instructions before submitting the ticket.
There are ways to add receipts to your account even if they occurred in the past by logging in to your Pickle Points (Click here to log in to your Pickle Points account) and then clicking on Order History. Underneath your order history you will see Add Order to Account. Enter the Order ID from the receipt. This feature is not yet available on the mobile version of the page but does work on a desktop computer, tablet or laptop accessing the full version of our site. It is on our wish list so hopefully soon customers will be able to add receipts via their mobile device.
If you do not have access to a device that pulls up our full version of the site, you can enter your Order ID in the box below with the receipt total so we can locate it.
If you cannot find your receipt, we just need to know which location you visited, the date and total and we can create a manual adjustment.
