• Minority Access' Twentieth National Role Models ConferenceOne of the Nations Most Prestigious Diversity and Health Disparities Conferences Charged initially with the National Role Models Project by the National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities and its predecessors to identify minorities who had excelled in biomedical research, Minority Access now conducts the National Role Models Project to include research in additional science and technology fields and accomplishments in other professional areas underrepresented by minority populations. These individuals and their supporters are publicized and honored as Role Models at the National Role Models Conference.

    Minority Access now has broadened its Role Models recognition to include corporations.  Individuals from corporations selected as Role Models will be publicized and honored as Role Models at the National Role Models Conference

    Awards will be presented at the Twentieth National Role Models Conference.  If your nominee is selected he/she must be present to receive the National Role Models Award.  Self-nominations will not be considered.
      
    NOTE: Previous Minority Access Role Model Award Recipients May Not Be Nominated.

    Manager in the company that has ensured the organization or department operates with efficiency.

    Manager in the company that consistently engages in highly effective mentorship with less experienced employees.
     
  • VISIONARY -
    Executive in the company that exemplifies a broad and comprehensive knowledge of matters related to the business of the organization, as well as the vision required to steer its course into the future.
