All AgXplorer programs are now at full capacity. You can still register for self guided field trip days 24th (Wed), 25th (Thur.) or 26th (Fri.) From 9 am-2 pm only.
Southern New Mexico State Fair Field Trip Registration Form:
Entry for teachers and students entering on a school bus is free! Please note, no cars are allowed in the school bus parking area. All parent/chaperones in vehicles will park in general parking and enter through the front gate. Please have adult chaperones purchase their tickets at the front gate ticket booth and plan to meet their party in the fairgrounds. All ed groups not arriving on a bus need to get your group together, check in at the front gate ticket booth, and will then enter the gate as a group. Educational/homeschool groups: 1 adult chaperone can enter free for every 10 student participants (also free). Any additional chaperones/parents need to purchase a ticket at the front gate ticket booth. Educational/Homeschool Group rates are only available from 9am-2pm, Wed-Friday. Ticket prices: Adults $10 (15 and older), Youth $5 (ages 7-14) and under 6 get in free. Deadline for registration is September 22, 2025 or until each special event reaches capacity.
