One of the most important contributions that the CCMpower Board of Trustees can make to the arts community is to provide awards and grants to CCM students and recent CCM alumni. CCMpower encourages exceptional artistic expression, enhanced education, community involvement in the arts and inspiring career growth.
Generally, these awards and grants are used for costs related to tuition for extra-curricular or summer programs, supplies and equipment for creative innovations, support needed to advance artistic diversity and collaboration. CCM faculty may be involved in the project or initiative for which a scholarship is awarded, but the primary recipient must be a current CCM student or a recent CCM alumni who is a member of CCMpower (you can sign up for free on our website).
We encourage students and recent alumni to take advantage of the financial support that CCMpower is proud to offer you. You may apply every year, but you can only receive one grant per academic year. If you receive an award, we ask that you attend a CCMpower Board of Trustees meeting or event to share your experiences and inspire others.
To apply for awards and grants, please fill out the following form. Paper forms will not be accepted.
A special panel comprised of members of the CCMpower Liaison and Awards Committee will review all submissions. Recipients will be notified within 30 days of submission of the application.
