WHAT YOU NEED TO YOU!
We are offering SEVEN WEEKS of fun for campers this summer! Each week features a new FITNESS THEME, in addition to Powerfit Training with Ryne Turke and Nutrition Advice with Kristie Maro!
WEEK 1: JUNE 11-13 SPEED & AGILITY (K-12th)
- Illinois College Track & Field Coach Jason Haynes with more running and bounding training for campers. The skills learned in this camp will carry over into every other sport!
WEEK 2: JUNE 18-20 GOLF (K-12TH)
We want your kids to excel both on and off the golf course. Golf Pro Derek James will guide campers through a two day session of skill development for golfers of every skill level
WEEK 3: JUNE 25-27 BASKETBALL (K-12th)
- All the keys of baskeball will be covered by former collegiate coach Derek James and his staff. In just three days, players will see improvements in their footwork, defense, rebounding, ball-handling, shooting and knowledge of the game.
WEEK 4: JULY 9-11 SOCCER (K-12TH)
- Want to play soccer but can't stand the summer heart? Come to Fitness World's Soccer Camp! We've got new drills and games for campers to keep them engaged and entertained all day!
WEEK 5: JULY 16 - 18 REC SPORTS (K-12th)
So Excited For This Camp! We'll be playing all the sports you loved growing up as a kid: Kickball, Dodgeball, Badminton and a few new ones: Ultimate Frisbee, Bags, Spikeball, Curling and More!!!
WEEK 6: JULY 23-25 VOLLEYBALL (K-8th)
- Big fan of Fitness World's Youth Volleyball program? Then you'll love our Volleyball Summer Camp! Former collegiate coach Rachel Rohn is back and giving athletes the tools to improve their game. Each player will receive individual development and fundamental attention in both offensive and defensive strategies. For beginners and experienced players!
