Excellence in Manufacturing Award Nomination Form
The Excellence in Manufacturing Award honors companies for their longevity in business, growth, product innovation and achievement.

Submissions are due no later than December 31, 2016. All nominees will be notified as to whether or not they are chosen as the recipient of the Excellence in Manufacturing Award by January 20, 2017. An award selection committee comprising business and education leaders, economic development professionals, and Regional Chamber and MAGNET staff will review and score all submissions.

The award will be presented at the Chamber's Economic Forecast Breakfast on Thursday, February 2, 2017 from 7:30 to 9:30 AM at Mr. Anthony's in Boardman. The Excellence in Manufacturing Award recipient must attend to accept the award and give brief remarks.

Rules and Guidelines:
- Companies may be nominated or nominate themselves.
- Companies must be located in Columbiana, Mahoning, or Trumbull counties.
- Companies are not required to be a member of the Regional Chamber to be nominated.
