What sounds most like where you currently are on your journey?

I believe being Highly Sensitive is something to be shameful of. I want to fix this part of myself. I am unaware of why I am this way and I have little to no knowledge and resources about what to do about it.
I've been exploring this concept of being Highly Sensitive and I want to learn more about how this trait can be a strength in my life.
I am aware of my challenges, I just don't know how to do things differently and I've hit a glass ceiling in being able to help myself. I am looking for answers, tools, and resources that I can implement immediately.
