Wedding Questionnaire
Thank you for choosing Amanda Noel Photography. In an effort to make sure photographic services go smoothly on your Wedding Day, please complete the following questionnaire about the details of your wedding and submit within two weeks of receiving.
1. Where will the Bride have her final preparation taking place (last minute makeup and hair finishing touches and getting in the dress) on the wedding day? (Name and Address if NOT the ceremony location).
2. Please let us know if you are getting ready at a separate location than where your ceremony is taking place and if you plan on getting in your dress at the ceremony location.
3. Does your wedding dress have a zip-up back or is it a lace-up corset/multiple buttons:
