• Client Waiver & General Contract for Services with Bring the Gym to Me*

  • This is to certify that I voluntarily have committed to receiving fitness services from instructors employed by Bring the Gym to Me, LLC and to have them hosted in the address listed above. Bring the Gym to Me, LLC, its employees and any instructor which is sent to teach from Bring the Gym to Me, LLC do not take any responsibility for any personal injury or harm (whether physical or psychological) caused to me or to any students in my organization as a result of their participation in the fitness classes whether during or following sessions. No legal action will be taken against Bring the Gym to Me, LLC, its employees and any instructor which is sent to teach from Bring the Gym to Me, LLC as I am fully taking responsibility by voluntarily using this service.

     

  • Please read through each of these points carefully and make sure you understand each point. If you have any questions, please ask your instructor or call (347) 915-5496 or email info@bringthegymtome.com

    • There is a 24 hour cancelation policy. If you cancel class less than 24 hours in advance, you WILL be charged. (Exceptions due to extenuating circumstances may apply on a case by case basis). 

     

    • We allow a 15 min grace period for all class reservations made. So if you cancel a reservation within 15 minutes of booking it, even if the class was scheduled for less than 24 hours from that time, you will not be charged.

     

    • If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, are running late, the instructor has no arrived at the scheduled time, or have any other questions or concerns, call or text (347)915-5496 or email info@bringthegymtome.com to speak to Sarede, Emilie or anyone else from the administrative staff of BGM (Bring the Gym to Me).

     

    • Bring the Gym to Me hours of operation are 8:30am-9pm. All cancelations or requests for reschedule must be made during that time.

     

    • You may not share contact information with the instructor or ask for the instructor's contact information (i.e. phone number/email address) unless specifically discussed and agreed upon by Sarede or someone else at BGM.

     

    • You may not hire the instructor on your own for any sessions whether they are to take place in the same or different facility as your usual sessions.

     

    • You may not refer the instructor to any other client without the staff of BGM's knowledge. If you wish to refer the instructor to a friend/other potential client, call call or text (347)915-5496 or email hadassah@bringthegymtome.com

     

    • You may not share or discuss payment information with the instructors. Any questions or concerns about payment should be discussed with the administrative staff of BGM. 

     

    • You should never pay the instructor directly – payment methods should always be arranged through the administrative staff of BGM. 

     

    • Tips are not necessary or expected but are welcome at your discretion

     

    • If we do not receive payment from you 2 weeks after the end of your final session, we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file that was given to us.   

     

    • If any breach is made to any of the above terms and conditions, the relationship between the client, instructor and Bring the Gym to Me will be subject to termination and legal action may be pursued.

     

  • COVID ADDENDUM: 

    This is to certify that Bring the Gym will not be held liable for any illnesses or infection as a result of Covid-19, and I have the responsibility to inform Bring the Gym to Me of any illnesses and postpone or cancel sessions beforehand if I or anyone else in the class has a fever and/or is not feeling well.
