MEMBERSHIP TERMS
1. These terms apply to membership in the Southeastern Photographic Society (SPS).
2. By becoming a member, I agree that participation in activities organized by the Southeastern Photographic Society is at my own risk.
3. By signing up for and attending Meetups sponsored by the Southeastern Photographic Society, I acknowledge that these activities can be hazardous and that I could be injured or my property damaged. I agree that I am voluntarily participating in these activities and assume any risk of physical injury or damage to my property.
4. I agree to release and hold harmless all officers, directors, and volunteers of the Southeastern Photographic Society from liability for personal injury or loss to myself or others.
5. I agree not to share, exhibit, or upload to any SPS affiliated website objectionable content. The officers of SPS shall have sole discretion in determining what constitutes objectionable content.
6. I agree not to use membership in SPS for any electioneering or to influence the content of legislation, or for any other purpose not related to the mission of SPS.

Note:
Dues paid before October 1 expire December 31 of the current year. Dues paid October 1 to December 31 expire on December 31 of the following year.
