  • REQUIREMENTS

If you received funding for any grant last year, please also fill out the End of Year Report found on this website and submit it with your application. We realize your full year is not complete, but the report will be helpful as we consider your request.

If a grant is approved, an end‐of‐year report must be submitted to the Synod office one year from the receipt of funding. The report should address the progress of the funded ministry and indicate how the grant has facilitated the ministry. Please be aware that this end of year report must be submitted before any further grants can be requested from the Michael Peeler/Virginia Casey Funds.

Any unused funds should be promptly returned to the NC Synod Office and added back to the Peeler/Casey Funds. Any needed change in the project should be reported to the Peeler/Casey Committee by emailing Michael DeNise.
