NSNA Bylaws may be amended at the Annual Convention House of Delegates by a 2/3 vote of those delegates present and voting provided that notice of the proposed amendments has been sent to members at least four weeks prior to the meeting.
Proposed amendments may be submitted only by the NSNA Board of Directors, an NSNA committee, or a constituent state or school association. Proposed amendments shall be submitted in writing, carrying the proponent's signature, to the Board of Directors for review no later than January 23, 2019 (10 weeks prior to the Annual House of Delegates Meeting).
