The Courageous Steps Project is continuing to expand in many directions. We are continuing to help children and young adults take steps courageously towards a fulfilling life, in many ways.
The Courageous Steps Project is excited to launch the Wishlist Initiative. The Wishlist Initiative intends to help classroom teachers, preferably with occupational therapy backgrounds, to help their more challenged students learn those skills within the regular classroom setting.
To read more about who has received a donation from our Wishlist Initiative, please visit our website at: www.thecourageousstepsproject.org.
How much are donations typically?
$100-$500 limit. Exceptions can be made, but it is recommended that you stay within that limit, so we don’t have to cut anything off the list on our end. If you have a request that is above $500, please fill out our Charitable Giving application.
What do you have to do?
Send your wish-list to Connor Archer at: connor.archer@thecourageousstepsproject.org, with your wish list of items, and descriptions of the items and your intention with how this can have an effect on your classroom environment.
What’s the timeline of when you find out if your list was accepted?
Every donation request will be looked at and discussed closely by one or two of our board members, and our CEO, along with other professionals. Your wish-list will stay confidential with The Courageous Steps Project at all times. If you know anyone who breaks the confidentiality rule, please notify Connor Archer.
How do you receive your donation?
You will be the one actually making the purchase. The Courageous Steps Project will supply you with the funds to carry forward as much as that list as possible. A representative will come from The Courageous Steps Project to give you the donation, or a picture will be taken by an administrator at the school to post on our website and Facebook page.
