AFC 9TH ANNUAL HOLY CONFERENCE 2025 DATES, LOCATIONS, SERVICES & TIMES|

 Thursday November 06, 2025 is The Preparation  and the first day of the AFC 9th Annual Holy Conference; it will also be considered our (Travel Day) so, please arrive no later than 11:30 A.M. for departure. Please, don't be late! Departure time will be at 12:00 P.M. from the AFC Embassy-Headquarters Church located at 126 Screven Ave. Waycross, GA. 31501 to head to Valdosta, GA. We will arrive at Wingate by Wyndham Valdosta/Moody AFB to check into our rooms located at 1800 Club House Dr, Valdosta, GA 31601, no later than 3:00 P.M. We will have our Evening Preparation Gala Day at Jacks Chophouse located at 4479 N Valdosta Rd, Valdosta, GA 31602 from 6:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. Come wearing All Pink Formal Attire for this occasion.

Friday November 07, 2025 is The Gathering and the second day of the AFC 9th Annual Holy Conference; We will start our day off at the Valdosta Mall located at 1700 Norman Dr, Valdosta, GA. 31601 for the Gathering On The Town Day from 10:30 A.M.-1:30 P.M. Then we will head to Recoil Trampoline Park located at 3103 N Ashley St, Valdosta, GA 31602 from 1:50 P.M.-4:50 P.M. Come in your Holy Conference T-Shirt and Fun Attire. We will then return back to our Wingate by Wyndham Hotel located at 1800 Club House Dr, Valdosta, GA 31601 no later than 5:15 P.M. We will be in the Conference Room (Host Area Of 9th Annual Holy Conference 2025) within Wingate by Wyndham Valdosta/Moody AFB Hotel located at 1800 Club House Dr, Valdosta, GA 31601 for evening Gathering Service and "Holy Communion & Feet Washing" from 7:00 P.M.-9:30 P.M. Come wearing all White Attire.

Saturday November 08, 2025 is The Fellowship and the third day of the AFC 9th Annual Holy Conference; We will start our day off in the Conference Room (Host Area Of 9th Annual Holy Conference 2025) within Wingate by Wyndham Valdosta/Moody AFB Hotel located at 1800 Club House Dr, Valdosta, GA 31601 for morning Prayer Breakfast from 8:00 A.M.-9:00 A.M. We will Then head to Moody Air Force Base located at Bemiss Rd, Moody AFB, GA. 31699 from 10:30 A.M.-1:30 P.M. for our "Fellowship Family Day" so, please come wearing Casual Attire. We will then return back to our Wingate by Wyndham Hotel located at 1800 Club House Dr, Valdosta, GA 31601 no later than 2:30 P.M. We will be in the Conference Room (Host Area Of 9th Annual Holy Conference 2025) within Wingate by Wyndham Valdosta/Moody AFB Hotel located at 1800 Club House Dr, Valdosta, GA 31601 for Evening Fellowship Service from 6:00 P.M.-8:30 P.M. Come wearing Brown/Chocolate Formal Attire.

Sunday November 09, 2025 is The Morning Celebration and the final day of the AFC 9th Annual Holy Conference; We will host our Morning Worship Celebration Service in the Conference Room (Host Area Of 9th Annual Holy Conference 2025) within Wingate by Wyndham Valdosta/Moody AFB Hotel located at 1800 Club House Dr, Valdosta, GA 31601 from 11:30 A.M.-2:00 P.M. All Ordained Ministers Of the Gospel come in Class B Attire and Lay Members come in Formal Attire for service. Departure from Valdosta, GA. will be no later than 4:35 P.M. to head back home or to our places of designation.

By signing and submitting this registration form, you are agreeing that you'll be present for the AFC 9th Annual Holy Coference 2025 and understand the deadline for assessments, the dates, the services and departure times plus the proper attire and all of the above clauses.
